What do our packages look like?

We pay special attention to the way of packaging so that all items arrive undamaged.

During the purchase process, you choose the desired payment method yourself. You pay for phone and WhatsApp orders only upon collection. The price is the same for all payment methods.

Delivery methods

Large Bonsai X and XL trees are delivered through our organization anywhere in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Delivery is made by trucks with a crane, so simple unloading and potential planting is possible.

Delivery conditions

Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building at the address specified in the order. If it is a multi-floor building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the customer is located, but to the entrance of the building.

Delivery is made via GLS throughout Croatia, except for islands to which GLS does not deliver directly – then the delivery service is Hrvatska Pošta (Croatian Postal Office). The delivery fee is EUR 4,78 including VAT for orders below EUR 100 including VAT. For all other orders, delivery is free. Delivery price is subject to change.

The delivery time for ordered goods is 1-2 working days upon receipt of payment. Exceptions may be islands and places that do not support daily delivery, but where delivery is possible according to the delivery schedule. GLS or HP communicates with the user about the delivery status.

The products will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport.

When taking over the product, the user is obliged to check for possible damage and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods or refuse to take delivery of a shipment with visible external damage. When picking up the goods, the user is obliged to sign the delivery note, and the delivery service takes it as a confirmation of pick-up.

All items are available in stock. All orders received in the morning by 2:00 p.m. are sent the same day at 3:00 p.m. All orders received after 2:00 p.m. are sent the next day at 3:00 p.m. If the order arrives on Friday after 2:00 p.m., it will be sent on Monday at 3:00 p.m. All orders received after 2:00 p.m. the day before the holiday are sent on the first working day at 3:00 p.m.
