 The terms and conditions of the plant-olive.com online store are drawn up under the current Consumer Protection Act (ZZP) and the Obligatory Relations Act (ZOO).

The invoice

The buyer will receive the invoice in the package with the ordered goods, and it is proof of the concluded contract between the buyer and the seller (plant-olive.com).


All prices on plant-olive.com are expressed in EURO, VAT is included in the price, and is valid for all payment methods at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.


The customer orders the product electronically and by clicking “add to cart”, which saves the product he or she intends to buy. By clicking on the basket, its contents are displayed. Content may be removed or changed. After completing the purchase, the customer must confirm the order, write the necessary information, and choose the method of payment and delivery. When the buyer goes through the entire procedure, the contract is considered concluded. The seller (plant-olive.com) is obliged to provide the buyer with a receipt

Promotion sale is the sale of certain products at a price that is lower than the price of that product in the regular sale. plant-olive.com will periodically, at its discretion, put certain products on special sale. As part of the reduction, the regular price and the new reduced price are shown. The buyer has the same rights to purchase at a discount as in regular sales. The duration of the promotional offer is indicated.

The sale is valid if the customer bought a product at a reduced price.

After the expiration of the promotional sale period, plant-olive.com will not accept new orders under the conditions related to the promotional sale of products for which the period of the promotional offer has expired.


The warranty in the plant-olive.com online store for all products is valid for two years from the moment of purchase or invoice issuance. The guarantee is valid only upon presentation of the invoice. If a defect is found on the product during the time covered by the warranty, notify us at the e-mail address (contact@plant-olive.com), phone number (098 475 001) or by writing (Put Devinke 8, Brisevo, 23000, Zadar), and you will be provided with all the information on how to proceed in this case and we will inform you whether the product will be replaced with a new one or whether we will return the paid funds.

Conclusion and termination of the sales contract

These terms and conditions, as well as the individual terms of sale indicated with the information on certain products, represent an offer by plant-olive.com to conclude a contract, and the user, as a customer, accepts the terms by concluding an order or in another way determined by these terms, which is considered to be the conclusion of a contract between the customer and plant-olive.com, and according to the conditions of sale specified in these terms.

The subject and commercial purpose of the agreement is the purchase of the selected product via the plant-olive.com web store with the payment of the appropriate fee – the price of that product. The contract is concluded by means of remote communication (Contract concluded at a distance) through printed promotional messages with the purchase order and the Internet.

The contract comes into force and is binding now of concluding the order.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving a reason within 14 days (plant-olive.com allows you to extend this time to 30 days) from the time you received the product.

Your request to exchange the correct product that you received (for any reason you want to exchange the product) will be considered a unilateral termination, and please fill out the form from the specified download location. Such products (return, exchange) must be delivered to the address plant-olive.com.

After we receive the returned goods, we can issue a refund.

According to the Law on Consumer Protection, the buyer is obliged to return the goods within 14 days from the moment he received the order (xxx.com allows you a deadline of 30 days), and he or she is obliged to bear the costs of returning the goods. We are available for all questions on our phone number (xxx xxx xxx) or e-mail address (xxx@xxx.com). Customers who return the purchased product are asked to pack it in the original packaging (the one in which the product arrived). When you inform us about the condition of the purchased product and the reason for the return, we will inform you about the options (refund, product replacement, other information related to the purchased product).

The buyer is responsible for any damage that is not caused by checking the condition, in which case the value of the product will be reduced. xxx.com will inform the customer about this in a timely manner.

To avoid unilateral termination of the contract, xxx.com recommends its customers to thoroughly review the images, characteristics and descriptions of the products on the website www.plant-olive.com.

If the packaging of the received product is damaged, do not pick up the purchased product from the delivery person, and request that the product be returned to the sender (plant-olive.com) and warn the delivery person about the defective packaging, otherwise it will be considered that the customer has taken delivery of the product with the correct packaging.

If the customer refuses to accept the ordered product without any reason, plant-olive.com has the right to deduct the shipping costs from the full amount paid for the product.

We will inform the customer about the status of the returned product within 7 days, and the refund will be made no later than 5 days after the customer was informed about the status of the returned product.

If the customer places an order with incorrect or incomplete information that is necessary for successful delivery (name and surname, street and house number, postal code, telephone number), we reserve the right not to send the order until the customer provides correct and complete information. If the customer does not provide the necessary information for successful delivery within 48 hours, the reservation of the requested products will be cancelled.

Platform for online dispute resolution

By special regulation of the European Union, from February 15, 2016, all over the EU disputes related along with online purchases, it will be possible to settle through the ODR platform. This means that if you encounter a problem while shopping online within the EU, you first try to resolve it without involving the courts.

In the case of a justified complaint, it is possible to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid or replacement of the product. If it is a question of damage and/or malfunction of the delivered goods, the user should send a photo of the said complaint so that it can be accepted on the basis of physical evidence. plant-olive.com collects the advertised damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods at its own expense if it is determined that the complaint is justified, and that the user did not affect the malfunction, damage or any lack of the goods. In the event of a justified complaint, the cost of replacing the product with a new one is entirely borne by plant-olive.com

In the event of a dispute regarding the justification of the complaint and/or the way in which the product was returned (the product must be unused, in an unchanged quantity and in the original packaging, with the original invoice and warranty presented), the product will be submitted for expert examination by an expert or a professional legal entity. If the expert opinion determines the justification of the complaint, all the cost of replacing the product will be borne by plant-olive.com, and in the case of an unjustified complaint, the cost will be borne by the user.
