According to the Consumer Protection Act, you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

Your request to exchange the correct product that you received (for any reason you want to exchange the product) will be considered a unilateral termination, so we ask of you to please fill out the form from the specified download location. Such products (return, exchange) must be delivered to the address Olea Group d.o.o., Put Devinke 8, Briševo, 23000, Zadar, Hrvatska.

After we receive the returned goods, we can issue a refund.

According to the Law on Consumer Protection, the buyer is obliged to return the goods within 14 days from the moment he received the order and is obliged to bear the costs of returning the goods. Customers who return the purchased product are asked to pack it in the original packaging (the one in which the product arrived). When you inform us about the condition of the purchased product and the reason for the return, we will inform you about the options (refund, product replacement, other information related to the purchased product).

The buyer is responsible for any damage that is not caused by checking the condition, in which case the value of the product will be reduced. Plant-olive.com will inform the customer about this in a timely manner.

In order to avoid unilateral termination of the contract, Plant-olive.com recommends its customers to carefully and thoroughly examine the images, characteristics and descriptions of the product on the website www.plant-olive.com

If the delivered product shows damage to the packaging do not accept the product and request that the product be returned to the sender (xxx) and warn the delivery person about the defective packaging, otherwise the customer will be considered to have received the product with the correct packaging.

If the customer refuses to accept the ordered product without any reason, Plant-olive.com has the right to deduct the shipping costs from the full amount paid for the product.

We will inform the customer about the status of the returned product within 7 days, and the refund will be made no later than 5 days after the customer was informed about the status of the returned product.
